Refund Policy

1. Eligible products
Refunds apply to paid subscription tiers (monthly and annual plans) sold through RunMyBuild.ai. Refunds are processed in the original payment currency via the original payment method.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@runmybuild.ai with subject “Refund Request”, including your account email address and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days to acknowledge receipt.
3. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Funds appear in your account according to your bank’s or card issuer’s processing timelines, typically 3–7 additional business days.
4. Exceptions — non-refundable items
- Usage-based fees for AI credits or API calls consumed during the billing period.
- Transaction-processed amounts that have already been disbursed to a third party (e.g. drawdown payments released to a builder or supplier) are not refundable through RunMyBuild.ai; any disputes with the counterparty are handled directly between the parties.
- Subscription fees for periods already fully elapsed where the Service was available and accessible.
5. Jurisdiction-specific rights
- Australia:The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) provides non-excludable consumer guarantees for services. If the Service has a major failure you are entitled to a remedy under ACL regardless of this policy.
- New Zealand:The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) provides statutory guarantees for services supplied to consumers. Where applicable, NZ consumer rights prevail over this policy.
- India:The Consumer Protection Act 2019 applies to consumers in India. Complaints may be escalated through the Consumer Disputes Redressal mechanism or to our Grievance Officer at grievance@runmybuild.ai.
- United States:Refund rights vary by state. We honour applicable state-level consumer-protection requirements on a verified-request basis.
